I’m a writer whose work moves between the personal, creative and the professional. Here, you’ll find my thoughts on personal development, sports, music, and technology.

This work has evolved over time, just like I have.

I’ve written everything from quarterly reports, marketing copy, video scripts, standard operating procedures, and ghostwritten correspondence. I’ve also spent time in creative writing, including poetry and a spec screenplay.

I recently published my first book, From Janitor to Director, and I plan to write more.
